Youth Talk Suicide
Youth Talk Suicide was developed and designed to increase our engagement with youth and provide us the opportunity to connect with and offer support to one of our most at risk of suicide groups – our youth.
The SPP Team believe in true and authentic collaboration – communities, services, schools, families and youth themselves working together toward creating a united response to suicide. To this end, the Youth Talk Suicide Team work tireless to build relationships, pathways to support and source new opportunities for collaborations with those working alongside youth on a daily basis including youth organisations, community groups and schools.
In order to ensure that the work we are doing to engage with and that we provide relevant and high quality care and support to those that engage with us, the Youth Talk Suicide Team has developed and facilitates a Youth Advisory Group whose role is to provide advice and guidance on current practices in engaging and working with youth.
Together we can make a difference in building a safer future with hope for our most vulnerable.
